Lizzie Myers is an oil painter living in rural Somerset, painting closely observed portraits, still life and nature subjects with oil paint and occasionally watercolour.

Having painted for as long as she can remember, painting is her lifelong passion. She is also a printer creating editions and monoprints using lino-print, silkscreen and drypoint etching as well as collgraph - and to top it all off, she also has a kiln and enjoys making ceramic plates, cups and jugs as well.

Lizzie takes occasional commissions preferring to work from life, and will also record her subjects using sketch, camera and video, often finishing works in her studio at home on the farm in rural Somerset, where she lives with her husband John and continues along her artistic journey, discovering new passion for her detailed work.

Lizzie she has exhibited with the Royal Society of British Artists in London and throughout the South West. The next exhibition will be at Huntstile Organic Farm TA5 2DQ for the Somerset Art Weeks.
